牛角酥


买了kawan 牌的酥皮,挑战牛角酥。
只是把酥皮切斜成四份,中间放点牛油,卷起来,上面涂鸡蛋,放进烤箱。外皮是不错啦,不过感觉里面不够熟。应该是烤箱温度乔太高了!下次再挑战吧!

Bought kawan brand of pastry, making croissant. Just cut a piece of pastry into four. Put some butter on it and roll it into shape. Egg on top and put it into oven. Set the temperature too high (250C), feel like not fully bake inside. Wait for my next try
